The grounds of Maryvale and the College campus offer an environment of serenity as well as a secure area for walking and relaxing.
Maryvale Staff Cares About Residents
Full time management and maintenance personnel provide courteous and prompt service to requests. A member of the Maryvale staff is available to Maryvale residents 24 hours per day.
Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays and by appointment. Caring, friendly staff members make Maryvale a real home to residents
Management is provided by Pfister & Company, Inc of Terre Haute which has over thirty years of experience in managing federally subsidized housing such as Maryvale.

Leasing Information
To qualify for Maryvale, the applicant must be 62 years of age or older, or under 62 years of age with a mobility impairment. Residents pay approximately 30% of their monthly-adjusted income as rent at Maryvale. All residents pay their own electric bill and will be given a utility allowance in the form of a reduction in the monthly rent.
